Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pillosnacks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements above.
